"Royal United Mortgage, RUM, is a fantastic company to work for. They provide excellent training, which goes very in-depth about the services that the mortgage industry has to offer. My manager was amazing and worked with me constantly to help me grow and become better at my job. The only critique I would give is to have stronger coffee haha. All the info that they go over in the first few weeks is mind boggling, but it helped me a lot."

"I worked at Royal for around 3-4 months. It was nothing but a bullpen call center with people competing over leads from their lead quantifier. So in turn there would be nearly 300 people fighting to get in contact with this one warm lead from Royal alone. This doesn't include the countless other refinance firms that are competing for the exact real time leads your are. It was just a debacle and had zero advantage. It was just whoever happened to get someone on the phone first."
