"Royal Oaks Equestrian Center is a wonderful place to horseback ride, and to take lessons, to have photos taken. But when it comes to the owner/employee aspect, the owner is very harsh, pays under the table, and does not provide 1099 or any kind of financial papers for you to file taxes. And if you are sick or would like to have a vacation, it evolves around the owner's schedule and the operation of the farm."
