"When Rotoversal hires me, I was brought in as a Senior Service Tech and soon made Lead Service Tech. Not very far into the year we grew to allow for me to move up as a Field Service Supervisor. I then supervised for three months within the first year and was asked to fill the role of an Area Service Manager in which I held for a little over two years after. Goals were met to allow Rotoversal to grow national-wide."
