"I worked with really nice people (fellow teachers), I enjoyed creating lesson plans, we had many resources. I like co-planning and discussing ideas."

"The director of the establishment controlled all aspects of the teaching environment - you could not venture outside of the lines without asking and taking initiative was not looked highly upon. The school was divided, by the manager on purpose to create an environment of distrust and vengeful behavior. If you were in the good graces of the director you were looked after if not..."

"Offer positive feedback, give critical feedback, but also notice the good. Support my staff, listen to and apply their suggestions. Be more approachable."
