"horrible bosses, little patience, rude people, cover your ass mentality, the onus is to bill as much as you can, no training or any kind of mentoring or process of evaluation, colleague got fired on the spot with no warning"

"learn how to manage and be humane, these are people, not cogs in the process to bill, bill and bill. They actually need training and feed back. Take a few management courses or learn empathy."
