"be prepared for a lot of confusion. the employees are great but they are in the shadow as well as to what's next a lot outsourcing going on people were on edge all day..warning"
What don't you like about working at Rose International?
"Things were just given to departments without answers or a synopsis of the projects in hand a lot of I don;t know try this and that was with management because there was always a high turnover in that department."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get someone who can explain the work without sending out unfinished projects before sending out another which builds up back logs and complacency in the work place no true show true leadership was there and that was consensus around the work place even with my boss concurred."
