"I worked briefly for Rose International off-site in Fresno, CA. It is a staffing agency that places employees offsite on a contractual basis. If did not receive sufficient feedback from Rose International regarding performance, but took my queues from the company that I was assigned to. I fully completed all tasks and beyond with complete documentation ahead of time. Temporary work is what it is."

"They found me and offered me an excellent salary. During my time at their client, I did not even notice their presence; I submitted a time card and that was it. When issues came up with their client, they were very difficult to approach for help. They were terrible for looking for my next assignment. They had none or were disinterested from helping me. They just stopped calling after that."

The email just said Congratulations! Your contract has been extended. It was odd. When the contract did finally come to a close, I received no feedback. It just ended."

"Letting workers know when something comes up for something the person was wanting to do at first."

"freedom, learning different changes from shared mailbox to inputting the correct data and talking to different managers to resolving issues my own boss"

"be prepared for a lot of confusion. the employees are great but they are in the shadow as well as to what's next a lot outsourcing going on people were on edge all day..warning"

What don't you like about working at Rose International?

"Things were just given to departments without answers or a synopsis of the projects in hand a lot of I don;t know try this and that was with management because there was always a high turnover in that department."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get someone who can explain the work without sending out unfinished projects before sending out another which builds up back logs and complacency in the work place no true show true leadership was there and that was consensus around the work place even with my boss concurred."

"Rose International is not a professional agency, they stepped in and took the Kaiser contract away from the other agency, that was very professional."
