"Don't work here. You won't get paid what you're worth and your work won't be appreciated. The only possible pro to write is that it's a decent stepping stone so you can work literally anywhere else. The owner is flat out INCOMPETENT. Good work will be ignored. Management is disorganized and has a serious lack of transparency. The only exception to any of this is that the operations manager doesn't fall into any of these categories. DO NOT WORK HERE."
