"Think deep on this one...if you think the on-boarding process and interviewing was strange, just wait till employment."

What don't you like about working at Roquette?

"Constant oversight, mindless and endless amounts of documentation, red tape everywhere. KPI / PEP were punishing and not constructive criticism. Needed six to ten different levels of approval to do arbitrary tasks. Ran the place like a prison."

What suggestions do you have for management?
