"My career at Roofing Renovation began 3 years ago when I started as a laborer. Eventually I had worked my way up to a supervisor position once I gained the knowledge I needed in the field. My day to day tasks included me making sure the crews had what they needed for the next day to fulfill their peace-work numbers and make the money they needed for it to be a profitable week. My estimating days came about a year after I started working for them and it included writing up proposals, calculating the amount of materials needed for the jobs as well as the labor hours that were projected. I sustained this position for a little over two years."
