"I love the hands-off management style which means no-micro-managing. The truck is air-conditioned and new so this makes driving much more comfortable. I love the people I work with and the respectfulness of my bosses. I hate when it rains and the landfill is muddy and the truck gets dirty. I also hate it when a customer overfills the dumpster to where I have to rearrange the debris so it is not a road hazard."
