"Poor internal daily systems, E-mail is pong/2. Use of unreliable resources, high mileage equipment. Cash Flow analysis lacking to meet payroll. Training is inadequate. Temps used regularly, don't last. No real team work. They build nothing but destroy lives. Reviews are not performed. You have no real job description, just bear with them. Lacks clear direction, many communication holes, spread thin when you need information. Lacking but ISO-9000."
