"Very little consideration for their employees. Too much Who likes who buddy system for reviews, raises and advancement. Short memory of employees sacrifices and value to the company."

"The people there are hard working individuals who have feelings, needs and desires just like everybody else, have consideration for them and their past dedication and well being. Be considerate and don't treat them like they are Fodder, to be sweep aside and not given another thought when situations change. You will lose their loyalty and therefore good, hardworking, dedicated people."
