"There are great people here, however the company has little process for its size, which forces people to give very little notice regarding strategy changes and the fall out compounds."

Rodan + Fields Employee

"I have been working for Rodan + Fields for the past year and 4 months. I believe due to the growing pains of the company, there is now a lot more room for improvement. Often, most employees are not given the chance to fully use their talents to their full potential due to many restrictions. The people are great and Sr Leadership is trying their best to improve the culture, but sometimes the slope must go down before it can go up again."
