"Rocksauce Studios is a design studio that decided to expand to be able to profit from the development side of web and mobile applications. There are no technical experts, there are no experienced managers, there are no resources to facilitate employee success (i.e. bug tracking tools). Retention rates are low with almost 50% yearly turnover. 70+ hour work weeks are not unusual, and executives literally screaming at people is just as common. Atrocious is the word I'd use."
