"I've been the first batch of employees and have worked ground up at Rockon. It was founded in 2012 and is a consumer facing product similar to LinkedIn and Glassdoor. The Good: Start-up experience, multiple roles and responsibilities, ability to learn new skills and features. The Bad: The employees receive very low compensation with no respect for work-life balance. (Yes, this is a startup, but most start-ups don't work 6 days a week, 14 hours a day for 2 years and counting !)"
