"The tile & stone industry has always had an appeal with me. This family-owned company was supposed to be a family culture, unlike the previous corporate environment that offered no value to the individual. The owner and VP of operations failed to have had regular management meetings which resulted in poor execution of priorities. This company has a high turn over of staff resulting from an owner who is verbally insulting and degrading. Makes a person prefer a large corporate culture of being unnoticed as opposed to being intimidated."
