"I think a monthly meeting for all the graduate assistants will be more helpful. We can discuss our experience as well as voicing our concerns to professors."

"The people I work with, the support I get and the work. Really enjoy conducting research in an academic setting to further the EHS profession. All my colleagues are either professors or students and I enjoy how intellectually stimulating that environment is."

"I suppose what I don't like is that it is only a part-time job, where a full-time job would be more fruitful in terms of producing more substantial work results."

"Since this is in an academic setting, where our research team is comprised of students and teachers, I would suggest scheduling more times when we could meet together to discuss progress and issues with our work."
