"Since I was on campus it allowed me to live at my campus housing for cheap instead of having to pay for an expensive apartment elsewhere."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't sweat it. You don't need much knowledge going in, and even if you have a lot there's still something you'll learn coming out. Just be ready for a long period of doing small, meaningless projects."

What don't you like about working at Rochester Institute of Technology?

"They didn't really challenge me much."

"Make sure you are challenging your employees, because a good challenge means good morale and a good morale means well done work."
