"Firm is better than the rest in the foreclosure industry; however, like others, it has it's faults. 401K is offered but no matching, only 10 days paid personal leave, if you want to take more time off than 5 consecutive days, paid/unpaid, you have to get it approved. Also, there is a group of "high school" style adults there that make the work place miserable. Sadly, this has been reported but not much done about it. Because of the above, and the recent reduction in pay and staff and increased workloads, most people are leaving and it is understandable."
