"The co-workers and overall they are semi-flexible with scheduling in the call center in sales and customer service."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DONT interview, dont even bother applying. If you love retail and like working with customers face to face then you may like retail but your chances in corporate are only good if you are good at being very politically correct and keeping your opinions to yourself"

What don't you like about working at Road Runner Sports?

"The senior management because most of them have been here more than 15 years and they are not going anywhere...there is a clique of them and if you get on their badside then you are pretty much blacklisted. There has been a salary freeze for about 5 years-noone really cares about receiving their annual review because there will not be any increase in pay. They are super inconsistent with their reasons for writing people up and for firing them; again if they dont like you or if you arent in the canoe they will FIND a reason to let you go. They dont like people voicing their opinion especially if it goes against anything they want their employees to believe."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"lift the salary freeze, revise the attendance policy and Match the 401K. Let the employees voice their opinion without fearing being fired. quit hiring incompetent people from outside the company."
