What don't you like about working at Road America?

"How scrutinized our time is. Nothing is more important than how long you are working and whether you work even a minute over time. and once PTO's are gone, you are threatened with the possibility of losing your full time benefits"

"Work harder to listen on how to make my employees feel happy and have the want to stay longer to build a better team instead of trying to fire someone with every chance I get."
