"Make sure this is something you really want to do because the training takes one to two years. The positions require a lot of time away from home traveling 16 counties and the chances of getting a raise are not good."
What don't you like about working at State of Florida?
"No recognition for the job done and no increase in salary for the past 6 years."

"Recognition is always nice for a job well done. It can be verbal/ certificate/ pin, monetary or a promotion."
