"I've worked for RMI International since 2018. I've found it to be a good company when I started working there. Over the last year or so, things hasn't been the greatest and the employee moral has gone down. Things could be a lot better, which would have to start with HR and management. Some of the managers need to learn how to speak with employees in professional tone of voice, and show some respect to the employees and lead by example."
