"Able to run/own the RMA area in which I work. I know what needs to be done and it is up to me to decide how to meet the goals."

"Very little room for advancement. I was a Manufacturing Enginineer and wish to get back to that position."

"Have dicussions with employees as to what they may want as their career path."

"Frequently changes in the management positions.Company stays in private sector too long."

"More stability in the management level. More informative with employees."

"There wasn't much technical documentation, making troubleshooting-to-the-component-level much more difficult with a multimeter and oscilloscope."

"If you are going to demand best performance from employees improve salary because they want over qualified personal and then they will underpay then."
