"Pros: They deliver what they promised to their customers. Cons: The company is obsessed with producing high standards, excellent service to their clients, but never taking into consideration the employee's health and welfare. Pushing through deadlines and perfectionism, working long extended hours even on weekends, would take a toll on the employees. They should at least realize that the employees are the ones working through the business' success and is an important part of the team."
