"I’m currently a top performer within RJ Reynolds as a TM, for the third consecutive quarter within a specific region. I love the company, the big players within it, and the investment the company makes in me - the feeling of value is immeasurable. However, being young, fresh out of college, and being at the top in regards to sales - leaves a bad taste in my co-workers mouths.. to the point where falsified HR reports have been made. It all comes out in the wash - and it has. It’s just hard to continue doing your best when the rest of your team wishes nothing more than to watch you crash and burn."
