"The software development group bills itself as being agile, but due in part to the requirements of their government contracts, they have an onerous planning-design-coding-testing process that results in far too many meetings, too little coding, and too little code ownership. Their main office in Waynesburg is clean and airy, but a long drive from anything. Their satellite office in Monroeville (where I worked) is shoddy and dreary."
