"RJ Bentley's is the busiest restaurant/bar in the College Park area. Many of employees join as undergraduate students, but the majority of employees who stay for at least two years are graduates, utilizing this job to either network for their next one, or to pay the bills as they pursue higher education. Being a bar, the hours do run late but the compensation is good. Overall, the establishment has a strong team oriented culture, and employees often stay in touch with their peers years after leaving."
