"I have worked for Rizing HCM since Aug 2018 when they bought our previous company. There is no training for new consultants and Senior Consultants do not want to mentor or train new consultants as they are not compensated if they do. They are on billable time only and anything other than billing time is frowned upon. Most consultants are expected to work 60 hours per week, there is no flexibility and benefits are lacking. They say they encourage time off but Consultants are often not able to take leave as too many projects and no one to back them up while on leave. Culture is poor and leadership dictates who gets the assignments so there is no consultant input. The only plus is everyone is a virtual employee and able to work from home but again not all that great when there is no flexibility."

"Company direction closely tied to software partners strategy. Being one of the smaller partners in the ecosystem, limited control over the pipeline of potential opportunities. Work focuses on clean up services more than net new opportunities, which results in smaller average transaction sizes and difficulty making numbers."
