"Great company to work for. Relaxed work environment, flexible hours and great people to work with. The IT group I was in used lots of different tools, allowing me to learn many new technical skills. You will not get bored working at Riverside. Schedules are set by the developers, not management, so delivery dates are reachable, with little or no overtime. Overall, a good pace to work."
