"The people who I worked with, we were all kids but some of us knew it was not just a place to hang out. The promotional guidelines how they changed every year. As well as the corporation wanting to know how much we made in tips even though they were often late with our checks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the style of your management, bring your standards of your stores up and change the franchise and promotional rules."
