"The people and the patients were wonderful. The opportunity to learn was very good. The staff and physicians were excellent at treating cancer and provided incredible care to the patients."

"Everyone has to make their own decisions and be themselves."

"Senior management was lacking in management skills. They went through a reduction in force and, unfortunately, my position was eliminated."

"Do not micromanage employees. Do not be intimidated by staff who are more knowledgeable in what they do. They might be experts. They do not expect you to know more than they do in their jobs, but do expect you to support their decisions and work. Use their expertise."
