"I've worked for RISA Tech for a little over a year and while I was excited at first and passionate about the position, the management team quickly takes that away from you. There is a feeling of judgement from management, I have been spoken negatively about to others and never directly, not giving me feedback or an opportunity to change. I don't believe RISA has quality management skills at all. Their emotional intelligence is lacking in a world where companies with emotional intelligence are the ones which retain happy employees."
