"Rinsoft is a great place to intern. There are projects in multiple different frameworks and languages, giving a breadth of exposure, the hours are flexible, the environment is casual, and the bosses are helpful and approachable. At time of writing Rinsoft is a very small company and thus has limited opportunity for advancement, unfortunately. They pay their interns above minimum and there are occasional lunches and bonuses, but they can't support a full programmer's salary, so expect to get your career elsewhere."
