"I've worked with ringDNA since July 2019. I was hired to build the recruitment team from ground up. I managed to recruit for various roles all across the company such as sales, customer success, engineer, etc. I’ve helped grow our employee count from 35 people to now 85 employees within a year. The company is currently on a hiring freeze due to COVID19. I do respect the management team but sadly, there is no room for growth for the recruitment team at this time."
"Fantastic potential. Potential being key. There needs to be investment into more than just product. They are beginning to do so but really need to get the engine humming. Lots of talented people just need some more pointed leadership in terms of sales and marketing (they are actively working towards it!). Again, great potential but a lot of growing pains to move into the next stage of growth."
