"I worked at Rightway Fasteners for two years. It's a great company to work for. The health plan is spectacular and the factory is very clean. Rightway Fasteners is one of the few companies that has a great pay rate. They respect the holidays and they always help people in every way."
"I was recruited to this facility in November of 2012, it is a Japanese owned company and uses Japanese philosophies from the main facility. The people are friendly and work together well and have a great relationship with Toyota who is about 85% of the business. They work a 3 shift manufacturing operation and 95% of the processes are completed under the same roof. We employ approximately 300 employees currently."
