"Working with animals and caring for them, examining them and assisting DVM with the patient. And of course I do get along and work well with all supervisors and co-workers. I love working there its a good atmosphere."

"Yes, just make sure you ask all the right questions and that it fits your budget and expenses of living because if it doesn't then please look elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Ridgewood Veterinary hospital?

"It has nothing to do with working there because it is a great experience and the people there are kind and easy to work with. IT IS LACK OF BENEFITS AND SALARY."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"well see the thing is that it isnt a big company it is a private owned facility so it is hard to make it big unless if they suggest that other DVM around he area joins in and puts money toward the practice and have co-owners etc to build more cliental and make the practice earn and invest more money and then of course due to a growth of cliental will then help the employees earn a much better salary."
