"Worked here close to 10 years. Great products and a fun job. Can be slow to react to market demands. Sales and marketing are too disconnected and communication needs some improvement. Feel that the company leadership is solid and committed to the growth and well being of the company as long as it lines up with Emerson. Things are starting to feel more Emerson than Ridge Tool every day, but that's the nature of the beast in the corporate world."
