"I've worked for Ricky's for 5 years while attending school. Originally, despite poor ownership, they had a good manager and I really liked my co-workers. That manager was let go and the owner, new manager and supervisor engage in serious bullying and harassment of staff at a criminal level. Staff has been hospitalized from stress, forced to quit, publicly humiliated and degraded, and, along with customers, exposed to infectious disease. Owner is running it into the ground, abusing staff and cutting corners to take the money and run. Franchise is allowing it to happen. If they don't change things immediately this company is going to be sued."
