What do you like about working at Richweb?

"The company has a very relaxed environment based off respect and honesty. The company is a small family based establishments consisting of about 9 family members and close friends and now 3 interns. They allow the employees to work remotely and to work at their own pace as long as productivity can be seen."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest that you know your strengths, weaknesses, and goals for future progression. The management focuses mainly on technical skills and growth/development of their employees."

What don't you like about working at Richweb?

"The organization of the company is not very great. It seems as if before the interns got hired to the company everyone was self managed because everyone in the business handled a unique portion of the business function. The interns were all hired for the same purpose and the project manager is not good at keeping everything organized and delegating tasks equally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that the manager use some type of project management software or version control in order to keep the work and the status of projects up to date."
