What do you like about working at Richfield Industries?

"I have just taken this position, a chance to keep working with an income is why I took the job. I have built many of the items that I will be making for Richfield Ind, so I imagine the job will not be much of a challenge. There are reasons for me taking this job that I do not feel comfortable in sharing on-line, please understand."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you say that you are a welder, then you should know and perform in a way that completely reflects thats. Proper heat settings, wire feed settings and proper gas gauge settings. These items, I have found, have been misused or not properly set at most shops. This in-turn creates warped assemblyies, creates extended weld clean-up time and most importantly wasteful use of expensive and some cases hard to find gases."

What don't you like about working at Richfield Industries?

"Low pay scale for my experience level, altough my resume clearly indicates greater skills"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I try not to make suggestions to management, unless directly asked to do so. There is a reason they are management and I am a subordinate."
