"I was recruited by this company to fulfill the Director of Operations role in July of 2019. Since then I have worked side by side with owners, managers, and hourly team members ensuring all 6 restaurants were financially sound, creating memorable experiences for our guests, and creating a positive and enjoyable culture within for all team members and guests who walk through our doors. I excel as a leader for all team members and management and really enjoy being the guy everyone can count on to have the right answers for any situation that may arise. Holding frequent meetings with management is extremely important to me as it ensures excellent communication throughout the company, which in turn, gives our guests the experience they deserve, leaving them feeling like they got a great value for their time spent with us. Really drilling the importance of hiring the right people and making sure we have the culture to retain those people is something I never stop preaching. This company has really allowed me to come in and showcase my skills for the better of the business. Each and every restaurant under my umbrella is now profitable.
