"HR doesn't trust African American/Newer employees. You're expected to complete the never ending workload with improper training. HR policies on Vacation Time, Holiday Schedule, Paid Holidays and Performance Reviews, aren't in writing. My first week, I witnessed two arguments. One was because HR attempted to avoid paying an African American employee for hours she'd worked. Upon termination, I also experienced this. Advice: Keep secured copies of all records that can prove you worked."
