"I have worked for Rice Lake Weighing Systems since the beginning of 2011. A strong customer focus is a good thing to have and drives the company, but I feel it is often misdirected. Constant shifting priorities and a lack of focus on specific goals make completing tasks or a sense of accomplishment difficult to come by. However, they are edging out competition, and as a result: experiencing some growing pains. The work force at this company is getting older and closer to retirement so many positions will be available in the future."
