What do you like about working at Rhodia?

"While working at Rhodia Chemicals it was a Team work, I was working as lead for OTC & AR/AP and leading a internal team & 15 Temps .Everyone was hard working and was more interested in learning SAP Process."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If anyone getting interviewed for Rhodia has to talk on OTC- Shipping & Transportation.In finance have to work on AP/AR."

What don't you like about working at Rhodia?

"I was working at North America, But all decision we have to wait for approval from France."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Presently in Rhodia they don't have any Skilled SAP Consultant , They are dependent on support from Brazil & France where they have Communication Gap & Time difference.They were planning for Hiring me but Hiring was freeze from France."
