"Summer Fridays. Instead of half day fridays, we recieve every other friday off during the summer. Other than that, nothing."

"Yes. This place is all talk. Zero performance. Talk a big game on the interview, there will be no penalties."
What don't you like about working at Rhodia?
"It greatly lacks professionalism. I am not the type to sit in a hum-drum lifestyle. I need multiple projects requiring analytics to keep me going."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"none as it would do no good. I like it here, I'm just a little too needy for work."
