What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a less structured environment. The company is based on all decisions going through the President. This is fine but decisions need to be made when the President is out of town or unavailable which made my job harder to do as everything had to be approved by the president even for deadlines. Nothing was sent out without the president's approval."
