What don't you like about working at Rho?

"Non-traditional organizational and management structure can be challenging. This sometimes results in the necessity of decisions being made at a much higher level than necessary because no one is sure who is responsible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Push decision making authority (including budget authority) down further allowing senior management to focus on business critical issues and strategy."
