"I would walk in every morning and be greeted by a positive atmosphere. Also the training provided every morning helped me to gain confidence about the products and services of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company, like many others, looks for passion, work ethic and a motivation to succeed. They do not look for those motivated by the amount needed to pay off bills, because employees with this mindset are not going to grow and move up from their sales position."

What don't you like about working at Rhino Distributing?

"When I worked at Rhino Distributing, I had worked 6-7 days a week consistently, and it became very hard with the 12 hour work days."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Holding new employees to a lighter standard than the veterans. There was constant pressure from management to perform just as well as the star salespeople of the group. I would recommend that management implement an increasing amount of responsibility based on weeks/months worked."
